What is an ISBN Number?
-An ISBN is an International Standard Book Number. Every book sold anywhere in
the world should have a unique ISBN, meaning you can find any book in the world
simply with that one number. An ISBN number has ten characters. An ISBN is
usually located on the back of a book. It looks like this:
How do I post a book?
-Nothing could be simpler than posting a book at CollegeBoox.com. First go to
the "My Books" section of the main menu then click on the "Add New Book" link.
Fill out the necessary fields describing your book then click "Save." If you
know the ISBN of your book just enter it in the field then press the "Lookup."
button and the information will be populated. You can also specify your campus
and other contact information in the Notes section.
-After you add your books you will need to Post them so that others can find
them. You do this by selecting the books you want to post and then clicking the
"Post Book(s)" link. Follow the instructions provided and once completed others
will be able to find your books.
Can I only post text books?
-No. You can also post other books that you have and would like to sell.
Is there a limit to how many books I can post?
-No. You can post as many books as you want.
How do I check my messages?
-To check your messages go to the "My Messages" section from the main menu. You
can see if there are any new messages sent to you for each item you listed or
messages from a specific user.
Can I have my message sent to my email or cell phone?
-Yes. We will send small notifications to your email or mobile device when a
new message is posted for you. This is one of the many benefits of our site.
Is this website secured?
-Yes. Our site uses high bit SSL encryption on all pages that contain sensitive
data.
What credit cards do you accept?
-We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
How much does it cost to post a book?
-The current cost of posting a book is

How long will my book be listed?
-Books will be listed up to 6 months. However, if you want to remove it from
the listing you can "Close" it.
How do I close my book?
-Go to "My Books". You will see all the books you currently have listed. Click
on the "Close" button and the book will no longer be listed.
